My husband and son are flying tomorrow morning from Sydney to Atlanta with Delta. I've gone online tonight to check them in, but received a message that my son can't check in online, but will have to see an agent at the airport. No such message for my husband. My son is now having a minor panic attack (first time flying internationally). They both produced their passports when they bought the tickets, both have ESTA approval. They're both on the same booking (and both their names came up when I first tried to check them in).
Has anyone ever had this problem? Ive never encountered this before on any of my travels, so am a tad concerned.
