Best websites to get best Business airfares?

We are planning to fly from Australia to Europe next year and want to get the best Business fare deal with flat beds. Prices seem to range from $4500 up to $10,000!

Any suggestions where/how to get the best prices for business class tickets please?

Or if you are not a frequent flyer register with the airline websites for deals!

To be honest I suspect the $4500-$10,000 range to be about right. If you're expecting to find something for a small premium over economy you're going to be disappointed.

I agree; you aren't going to get prices much lower than that for business class. I don't see any "deals" on the sites linked by other posters. The price for business class tickets remains fairly stable.

Your best bet may be to consider other classes of seats such as Qantas premium!

Or if your on holiday, fly economy with a couple of stopsovers along the way to brake up the journey and stay in 5* stay accomadation along the way. Much cheaper and rather more fun if you have time to spare.

Mysister and I are presently organising business class flights to the UK for September-November next year (Sydney-Manchester then LHR-Abu Dhabi-Sydney). We'll be flying with Etihad; the current price is in the range of $7,600 each and we are happy with that, but, Escape Travel is having a UK Expo on 6 November and our travel agent expects (and we hope lol) that they'll be cheaper (by how much is anyone's guess). A bonus with Etihad is they provide a chauffeur service to/from Sydney Airport , they'll drive us to the Lakes after we arrive in Manchester and will collect us from Kent to return us to LHR - how civilised of them :-)

We were expecting the tickets might be in the range of $10K, so around $7.5K is the icing on the cake :-)

update to my earlier post:

We saw our travel agent last weekend for the expo - Etihad's business class tickets were $7,413 (a saving of $200) BUT they had an offer of paying an extra $1,000 to upgrade to first. We took them up on that offer :-) We do have one leg in business class though, because Etihad don't have first class on their flights from Abu Dhabi to Manchester - we would have had to fly into LHR to go first on that leg, but then we would have had to get another flight to Manchester, so we decided we'd 'suffer' one leg in business class (lol lol)
