Easyjet usually changes such typos free of charge. However, since you've booked through a 3rd party, they will probably refer you back to them (another reason why it's better to book directly through the airline). Still, it's worth a shot to ask them. There's a thread here on their forum for that:

I booked a Easyjet flight though Expedia, realised I had put a shorted name down rather than their full name.

I rang Easyjet [not Expedia], you should have an Easyjet confirmation number. Explain the mistake, and they corrected the matter, free of charge.
