Hello,

Flying to Cuba from Manchester, we paid £20 so we can choose our seats. But on our return journey we have got Premium Seats.. Reading the information it says that it can be possible to book premium for both ways is this right. The Premium Seats was included in the price of the holiday, We will be booking on line and hope there is a slot for booking Economy and Premium ?

You can't book the ex premium seats outbound. They are allocated on a lottery basis, once the manifest is complete. You would be told at check in if you had been allocated these. You can book them inbound, usually about £50 each. Just the seat though, no other perks.

When we booked we had to pay £20 for seats together but on the return journey we get premium seats, as you said just the seat no extras.. Just wondered how we do this. We are regular fliers but have never used the economy outbound and premium on the return. Does the online booking allow you to do that.

Just to add T/C only do premium seats on the return journey for some reason that is what we was told . If we are still struggling we will have to go in and see the Travel Agent .

Following the introduction/increases in APD I believe that T/C decided that passengers would not be prepared the extra costs for the premium seats for flights departing the UK so that service no longer exists - the seats are still there and are allocated on a lottery basis, they cannot be pre booked.

They can be pre booked, at a cost, for the return flight as these do not attract APD.

The seats offer extra legroom and no other services that might be associated with a premium economy service.

If you've already booked the ex premium seats for the return, and paid for sitting together you will be able to go in online and book your seat numbers, for both outbound and inbound, 90 days prior to departure. You will not be able to book the ex premium seats outbound.

Can I ask what relevance your post has to a question about booking premium seats, that was made 5 months ago?
