Check-in Time In Iguazu Falls Airport

Does anyone know when one should arrive at the airport to check in at the Iguazu Falls airport? Is one and half hour before flight time enough?

Hi,

It's a small airport.

If you are in a domestic flight, such as Iguazú to Buenos Aires, one and a half hour will certainly be enough.

(Only one hour would be enough IMHO).

I would arrive at least 90 minutes beforehand you never know what you might find on the way.

I had a group there and we allowed 90 minutes____plenty of time.

They had a strange security team there in military uniforms with guns etc checking passports which was just some form of silly formality. They looked at mine upside down ___ smiled, nodded and gave it back to me. The whole group passed through this in about a minute.

There are two airports for Iguazu Falls Airport - one in Brazil ( code IGU ) and one in Argentina ( IGR ). But I would imagine one and a half hours is more than enough for both

I assumed all along it was the airport in the Argentina side of the Falls because of the spelling "IGUAZU".

In Portuguese (Brazil), it's "IGUAÇU".

If the question was about the Brazilian airport, please disregard my answer.

For the Argentina side an hour is plenty of time.
