Hello, I booked a trip through American Airlines but my flight is on British Airways from Dallas to London Heathrow and then on to Venice, Italy. I am worried because the connection time is only 1hr and 10 minutes. I have done some research and I know that I must go through security (again) before boarding my flight. On the British Airlines site it says "When travelling from the USA, you must go to a check-in desk and see a British Airways agent, even if you have used online check-in or a check-in kiosk. ". Has anyone had to do this? Is it possible to get to my flight on time? I am in the same terminal, thankfully and only have carry on but our flight is the ONLY flight to Venice that day. Would they really book a flight that close together if connection was an issue? I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
