We recently flew from Miami to Rochester only to get to our final destination and found a piece of luggage with a broken wheel. After stopping at Delta's Claim Dept. we were told due to the late hour, that someone would contact us the next day Well, we are still waiting. I have contacted Delta and was told I needed a claim #, the woman never gave us one. I got an e-mail from Delta stating they'd be contacting us in about 2 or 3 weeks, can I trust them?
