bravofly!!!

Just purchased cheap flight on bravofly cost me AUD$532 return ticket from sydney to singapore. But I realised I need to change my departure date and I phoned the australia representative office. They say they will send email to me and confirm the new date. I have been waiting for more than a week. There is no news from them. Is bravofly a scam company?

Do a search in the box above, plenty of threads about them. Book direct from the airline next time, especially if there's a risk you may need to make changes to your booking.

Did you read the terms and conditions of the ticket you bought and does it permit changes, and if so at what cost?

Most low cost tickets do not, changeable can add significantly to the price. Most people who use bravofly do so because they are looking for a cheap ticket. Hence my question. What did you purchase?

It's not a scam company but like all 3rd parties if you have to make a change it's never easy, the only thing you can do is contact them again and hope they make the change.

... I used them to book a last-minute flight between London and Budapest last week and I got-on ok. Would like to mention that I was going to join my mum there as my father had just died and I wasn't in a great state of mind. The flight I got with Bravofly was for RyanAir and I wasn't really aware of how the airline worked.

Long story short, on the way to Stanstead I tried to use my smartphone to check-in on line but the details I got from Bravofly didn't work, and I had less than an hour before the check-in online timelimit was up. I called Bravofly and the first thing they told me was I only had an hour to sort things or I'd get a 70GBP charge at the airport --this was useful - it showed they knew what they were selling. The rep then quadruple checked my details - passport # etc - checked me in for me, and then called me back to confirm I had received my boarding pass. I thought this was brilliant.

I read the comments above, but have to say the service I got over the phone was excellent.
