EWR-Liberty airport

I am flying UA CID-ORD-EWR-BOM-I have 1hr.56 min at EWR-do I stay airside at EWR or do I have to go through security again at EWR? Both flights are in Terminal C-arrives C 96,departs C 110-how far are these gates, walkable? Thanks,

Arriving/departing in Terminal C means you stay airside so no need to go thorough security. Gates 96/110 are not really near each other but should still be walkable - see map.

If they're both terminal C, they are walkable. You can stay air side.

Note that terminal C is where the old Continental flights came in while terminal A is where the old United flights came in so occasionally a United flight lands at terminal A so double check your gates. Some ORD-EWR flights use C and some use A. From A to C, you two buses but still remain air side.
