Same thing happened to me, it's not the website it's your computer. Do exactly what Joe says it worked for me, I switched to Google Chrome.

ditto

I had similar problems including accessing my e mails and completing online visa. Switched to chrome and had no problems.

Thanks, did that & it worked. Puzzled as this only started to happen yesterday. My browser has opened it fine for years.

Problems started with my browser, henretr, when updated to internet explorer 10 few months ago. Like you started to get blank pages and unable open certain documents. A google search told me many other people experiencing same problem and appears to be a known problem.

I have reverted back to I.E.9 or use google chrome and have no problems.

I use Firefox and the Ryanair site has certainly changed recently in that a couple of pop ups are blocked after the flight search then there is a delay (worrying) before the security page opens.I now also get a cookie warning

I think it is a combination of browser and changes to their website.

Susan, do you mean the Captcha box ("Security check") that you get on the second page after you enter your flight search and click "Book now"?

If so yes, you need to type what it says in the the box (or sometimes the word underneath it in a bar). If you are not seeing anything, click where you are supposed to type (under "Your answer"), and it will appear.
