Easyjet will probably be released in October. If you register with them, they will send you an e-mail to let you know when the flights are released. You will need to act quickly once the flights are released though as they can (and do) got up in price by the hour!

Hi

Ryanair release flights at quite a high price and two or three months before the dates you want to travel there is a great chance there will be a sale, so to travel with Ryanair in July the prices will most likely be at their lowest in May.

Easyjet's flights are released at their lowest prices usually and gradually go up the more seats they sell.

Ryanair don't release all their flights at once, they tend to do it airport-by-airport, probably because they're afraid of overloading the website with too many people trying to book at once. So really all you can do is check frequently. Flights for this summer were released in stages between late September and late February. What they will do for next summer only they know.
