Would be helpful if you provided a link to the website - unclear whether you are looking for feedback on ait travel (as per your title) or smart fare (as per your post) but booking direct with the airline is the best advice - many 3rd party agents are simply not worth it even if you save some $$.

Flower is spot on. ALWAYS deal direct with the provider and not a third party. You will get low fares, way less problems if there is a change of some sort. Remember, the third party vendors are not there to help you and if you do have a problem, they won't help you. Chuck.
