Inflight stairs, can we use them mid-flight?

We are booked on to VS075 (Boeing 747-400) and wondering if we can use the stairs during the flight. Myself and my husband and toddler are in Premium Economy, my mother-in-law is downstairs in Economy. If we sit upstairs in PE, are we able to wander downstairs to E?

Thank you.

Yes, but you'll be moved on if you're blocking the aisle or bothering other pax.

Thanks. It's mostly to give a 2 year old some leg-stretching sleep-inducing time!
