I booked flight from IAD to ACC leaving on 8th Feb through kayak.com and return on 13th using Lufthansa airline. After arrival in Accra I fell sick and wanted to change the ticket for 11th or 12th. Vayama rule says that any change within 4 days to be done by the airline. We contacted Lufthansa and their agents tried to make changes but could not do it as Vayama had right to make changes as the Consolidator. We contacted Vayama again but of no help. In the end the ticket could not be changed. This is a deceptive marketing by Vayama who is providing wrong information while making reservations. Very frustrating indeed and never Vayama again. obviously ticket b ought through them can not be changed at the last minute in case of any emergency.
