Well, what is important to you when you fly? Maybe that will help us narrow it down?

Is the cost more or less important than the travel time? (There are often trade-offs there).

Do you have any specific restrictions for comfort (extra tall, extra large, etc)?

What class are you planning on flying?

In economy, any of the above.

Just go by timing and price.

Had a look at flights.

All the airlines mentioned above are giving me more or less same travel duration and cost.

Then pick the one in the airline alliance where you wish to earn frequent flyer miles.

They're all decent airlines. But not every airplane is created equal. You may want to check each airlines' website to determine what kind of airplane will serve the route. Then you may want to check seatguru and see what kind of seating conditions (IFE, width, pitch, etc) you have to choose from.

The flight distances may not necessarily be the same and you may also want to check if connection times look comfortable.

If Turkish Airlines puts you in a long layover at IST, they may still have a program of offering you a tour and/or hotel stay. That sounds like an excellent perk.
