We had a scheduled flight from Denpasar to Jakarta expected to arrive at 18:00. We planned to catch our international flight at 19:50. Lion air flight was told to be delayed at the gate for one hour. So we told and warned the ground crew that it would be impossible to catch our international flight if we wait our baggages, and asked if it is possible to take our baggages as hand baggages with us. They called some people and told us that we will be prioritized, some staff will take care of our transfer to international terminal and they will help us catch our flight.
By the time we landed, we told the hostess about the issue and learned that they don't know anything about it but they got us firstly from the aircraft, we even did not claimed our baggages, however our gate was closed. So we missed our flight wich was a 3000$ flight per person.
We got ourselves to lion air office to complain about the issue. No one could speak English except 2 staff who could speak bearly.. It took 3 hours to find someone who can speek English and is a senior/manager/supervisor. And he said the following : "there is no comfirmation from denpasar crew that you warned and asked for assistance, our flight delayed JUST 75 minutes, you should take the possible delays into account, we are not compensaiting anything"
And they did not even offer one bottle of water, we were dehidrated and on the verge of fainting..
We told that we're going to sue the company, and they said "do as you wish"
I'm telling you, NEVER EVER EVER FLY WITH THIS STUPID COMPANY. They do not value their customers, they are mind bendingly stupid and arrogant.. Don't.... Ever
