Bravofly

Hi,

I had a booked a flight with Bravofly, but the original flight has been reschuled.

We contacted directly the airline company and cancelled the flight, they told us that the money is transferred back to Bravofly.

We contacted them again 3 days ago, and had a recorded conversation in which we mentioned the request to cancel the flight and get a voucher. The operator ensured us that will get the voucher within 72 hours, but did not get any. We contact them again but no good answer received.

All we need and want is to book a new flight that meets our schedule.

Yoav

Bill, the important posts (up to and including #8) are still there.

Yoav,

Best of luck getting your money back. You've just learned an important and expensive lesson (either money or stress wise). And that's to avoid third party online bookers. At best they introduce a middleman that complicates issues when they arise, and at worst they are scum who mislead you on fares and drag out refunds as long as they dare.

In future book directly with the airline or, if that's not possible a reputable **full service** travel agent in your home country.

Nope, just some mild humour that someone didn't appreciate, even though, to be serious, it did bring out the essential issue here, customer pays real money for service, customer doesn't get service , customer gets back a voucher, not his money, company seems entirely unconcerned and doesn't even get the issue.

Did you get any resolution to this? I'm just curious.

I'm thinking of starting a class action lawsuit against them for unethical business standards and consumer fraud so I am reaching out to the many other people I have seen who have posted about their experiences in the TripAdvisor forums.

Bad form to spam this forum SoCalGyosy... Please research exactly what starting a class action lawsuit entails. The legal system in the US is not as it's depicted on television.

Your time would be better spent trying to resolve your own issue.
