I had a booked a flight with Bravofly, but the original flight has been reschuled.
We contacted directly the airline company and cancelled the flight, they told us that the money is transferred back to Bravofly.
We contacted them again 3 days ago, and had a recorded conversation in which we mentioned the request to cancel the flight and get a voucher. The operator ensured us that will get the voucher within 72 hours, but did not get any. We contact them again but no good answer received.
All we need and want is to book a new flight that meets our schedule.
