If you were on this flight that was delayed for eight hours please could you tell me the reason you were given? We were told technical problems but not what they were. We spoke to other passengers and some said they were told weather conditions but , as far as I'm aware other airlines managed to fly from Luton to Palma without any problems. Some people were told that it was a knock on effect from the day before at Gatwick, yet other Monarch flights flew out of Luton before us. Are we entitled yo compensation ?
