I booked a flight from Singapore to Montreal on bravofly , as a rookie mistake i jumbled my name on the system but the same word appear on my passport. I emailed both airline and bravofly regarding it. Airlines (air canada) told me to go through my travel agent(bravofly) and bravofly told me to go through them. It kept repeating turnt from one party to the other. Now from Singapore to Montreal is a long haul flight , having transits and airlines. A week later from then i received an email that says my first flight out from Singapore to my next connecting flight has been cancelled. I called the airline(air canada) and they told me it was done as per the agents request. I definitely didnt request it , and as i called the airline i thought of reschedulling it again , they told me to get in touch with my agent to get it done but in the email. Bravofly could only refund me for it instead of booking it. Now im stuck having to book another flight out to beijing. One of the worst things that could happen on your long trips.
