Liberty of the seas

We are cruising on Saturday on Liberty of the Seas departing from Fort Lauderdale. The ship is due to depart at 4pm. Does anyone know how early we can board the ship?

Thanks

You should be able to board at 11:30. If your cabin isn't ready, then have lunch and wander around the ship.

As ealy as they will let you after the prior cruise has dieembarked, etc. Usually, the earliest is around 11 - however you can't go to your rooms until 1, so you are wandering the ship with your carry-on luggage. Lots of people board around noon, have lunch then head to their rooms. We usually wait till around 1 - less crowd and can go straight to the room to drop off carry-ons, then head down for a bite to eat and explore the ship - less people usually in the dining venues also - we've even seen people who have obviously boarded immediately in the pools by the time we board - they must have been wearing their swimsuits under their clothes! (obviously, this is in warm weather ports)

If you check-in around early and the ship is not ready, they will hold everyone in chairs or lounges until the ship is ready, then embark usually by order of arrival.

Enjoy your criuse.

Hi - we are considering a 7 day cruise round-trip from Barcelona in September for our 25th anniversary - could anyone recommend whether Liberty of the Seas Royal Caribbean is better than NCL Epic? thanks so much!

I have been on libery and it is great. My mother in law is going on the epic in June but it looks really nice also.

thanks very much - we did decide on Liberty since we have had a nice experience before with that cruise line and my travel agent said she thinks the food is better....will see!
