A review was left that contained a curse word. In addition to not only cursing in his review, this individual also has started somewhat of a smear campaign on both our Facebook page and TripAdvisor. We tried to reach out to him over Facebook and he would not respond.
We reported the review to TripAdvisor and they came back and said that they looked over the review, and everything was fine. But if you read over the review, the reviewer said "what the hell"

Now, according to TripAdvisor's own review guidelines they state:

In defining what "family friendly" means, TripAdvisor says specifically,

Now, if I had my 8 year old going around school saying "what the hell" I would most certainly not be okay with this and would very much consider this objectionable. Also, if I were to disagree with someone at my work place, or my boss, and said "what the hell" I would be admonished for saying so.
I am quite frustrated that TripAdvisor would completely disregard their own guidelines when this is clearly a black and white issue. Does anyone know how to escalate this issue further? It won't let me resubmit a report on the review.
