incorrect amount of stars of a great review


our property 'Coolmore Manor House' has received a very good review with 5* throughout, but it only shows 2 (when not opening the review to read it)! Which obviously isn't very good like that. Why is that and how can I contact tripadvisor to look into it?

Do vacation rental property owners have access to the Owners forum and the owners management centre tools?

I thought 'Review doesn't match rating' was one of the categories for reporting a post inappropriate but that was either a figment of my imagination or has been removed from the list.

Ah yes, the reviewer has read the value of the dots backward and meant to select 4 dots.

I would contact TA through this link:


From the first drop down > Listings

From the second drop down > A listing has wrong ... or is categorized incorrectly.

Paste the URL of the page showing the review open into the text box that appears and explain the mistake. Allow 3-4 business days for a reply from TA.

You can sign in to your Flipkey account and "manage" your reviews from there. You'll see the option to "protest" a review; I'd suggest that you follow up with this via your Flipkey account. For owners with Vacation Rentals, their management dashboard/links to contact staff are available via their account with the company they've partnered with , e.g. Flipkey.
