Balance payable for our accommodation

Hi, We are travelling from NZ and have booked accommodation through your website for 4 nights (21/07/14-25/07/14) at Il Casale del Sogno in the Lazio Region, Italy. We paid Euro 187.20 deposit with a balance of Euro 576 due 23 June 2014. We understood the balance would be taken automatically from our credit card and that we would be sent an email from you prior to this occurring? We have had no email and the balance has not been charged. Please do not cancel our booking. We are happy to pay the balance but not sure of the procedure. Can you please advise us ASAP. We have also contact the owner of the property.

Many thanks

Hi Brent,

Welcome to the forums!

Is this the listing?

The forums are primarily member-driven and I'm not staff. Hopefully the owner will get back to you soon. Have you phoned the credit card company to see if the payment went through? There seems to be a lag between a payment and when it's posted to your online cc statement. Also, have a look in your inbox; there should be a way to contact TA staff, holiday rental, in your confirmation email.
