Business confirmed as added but does not exist

I have added my business called Brisbane Running Tours to trip advisor as an attraction and received a confirmation email that the business has been listed including a link to the listing. However the link tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-d6418127 links to Brisbane Cycle tours, a wholly different business not affiliated with us.

If I try to find Brisbane running tours by searching I am also taken to the cycle tour listing.

Can someone help me get my business successfully listed so that customers can leave reviews?

Thanks for your help

Hi Tim ~

You've reached an open forum here, not TA staff.

Read post 4 on this thread and "translate" it to your own situation. Happy to be corrected in favour of a better idea.

Thanks for your help MuftiVancouver

I think post 6 of that thread suggesting writing to the support is my best bet as I seem to be having a very similar problem.

Thanks again. Tim

Hi Tim,

Is your business address the same as the listed address for Brisbane Bicycle Tours: Wheel of Brisbane, Brisbane, Queensland QLD 4101?

What you describe is happening often now that Tripadvisor appears to have introduced an automated new listing filter, which compares the address of a new requests with that of a businesses already listed.

This might be your website? http://www.brisbanerunningtours.com/

What's interesting is that this website and the cycling website are online companies only. There seem to be no business addresses to go with. Bit odd to get a listing without that.
