City Tax In Tuscany Italy.

We booked with 'Trip Advisor' and Paid for one week for 4 people, for seven days this year, from July 26th to 2nd of August, The Apartment Joshua, Farm House Molinuzzo, in Tuscany, Florence, Italy in October last Year.

We paid a weeks rental plus Cleaning, plus Au $56.95 City Tax, and Trip Advisor Commission, we found we had to pay the City tax of Euro 42.00 again to the Owner as he said it must be paid by us in Cash upon leaving. We have a Receipt from the owner for this amount.

Can you please pay us back the $56. 95 Australian you charged us on our invoice.

Hi CarolQueensland,

The Support Forum is primarily member-driven and I'm not staff. Also, this isn't the best way to contact staff. Do you still have correspondence from TA in your rental inbox? I'd suggest looking there for contact information. If you don't find it there then you can contact TA vacation rental staff this way:
