First holiday...solo, beach, quiet

I'm looking at going on my first ever holiday. I will be travelling on my own and all I want is beach, sun, fresh food & quiet. I live in North Wales so a not too long flight from a North West airport would be good. Doesn't need to break the bank with extras, just plain & simple relaxation for a week during the summer. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi, Have you considered Portugal's Algarve, lots of fabulous beaches along the entire coastline from Tavira in the east to Burgau in the west. Have flown many times from North West airports (Manchester, Leeds/Bradford) less than 3 hours.

I stay in private rentals in Vilamoura which is very quiet (not in August though) although have also been to Lagos, Olhus de Agua, Loule to name a few. The local food is also excellent.

Hope this helps
