Anybody else get "bait and switched" by Cheapoair.com or insanelycheapflights.com? I did.

Consider yourself lucky!! That is, if you failed to buy a ticket from them.

You have been a member of TA since 2008 and would still buy from cheapoair? Do you read the forums before you go site-hopping?

Yes, check out the air travel forum. Lots of complaints on there about cheapoair.
