Please type Justfly into the search box just above your question and choose 'All Forums' to search. Then you can read the thousands of complaints on them over many years.

Please protect your money and book flights on an airlines own website.

Well done for asking first, Withney, but I suggest you run away from Justfly as fast as possible!

As Avanti has said, there are many, many complaints about this company. I'd go so far as to say that they are one of the most complained about company out there when t comes to flight tickets, along with Edreams, Cheapoair and Bravofly.

I just flew with them last week. I purchased the tickets about two months in advance and saved over $500 per ticket. I also booked a hotel at the same time, and then canceled the hotel a couple of weeks later. I did both transactions over the phone with very little trouble. Yes, they have foreign accents, but they weren't that bad. There were minor discrepancies, such as justfly let me pick out my seats but the airline was very firm about the fact that for the price I paid, THEY picked my seat. If I paid $123 for my seat, I am not going to complain if I have to sit in the middle when some of the other people paid over $1000 to be on the same flight on either side of me. I think a lot of the problems people have with this site stem from the fact that the airlines have their own rules. Even if you book directly through the airlines, they are going to charge you massive cancellation fees if you make any change to your reservation. This is a fact of life. The justfly representative told me if I booked over the phone I could make changes without any charge, but I didn't believe her and the issue never came up. I have in the past booked directly through airlines and been forced to submit to multiple massive scheduling changes. Again, this is the fault of the airline and not any travel agency. Justfly did not charge me any fees, they got me an excellent price on my ticket, and their customer service was just fine.

I'm pleased you've had a good experience, William, but that doesn't invalidate all of the other complaints that have been made against Justfly.

I purchased tickets from Justfly and bought the insurance. When I needed to make a change, I was told that they never charged me for the insurance and had no record of it. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LISTED AS A CHARGE ON THE RECEIPT I RECEIVED ON MY ETICKET BOOKING!!! You never get to talk with anyone in the US. They just keep repeating themselves as they tell you that you are the right person to talk with. I purchased the insurance because of a pending medical emergency. I have a receipt showing that it was purchased. They don't have a record of it being purchased on their end. RIP OFF!!

I booked two unrestricted round trip first class tickets between LA and Washington. I needed to change the dates of travel and agreed to pay the change fee. When trying to get the dates changed for one week later I have been told the airline doesn't have flights available and to call back 24-48 hours. I have been doing this for two weeks and to no avail each time. When I check with the airline, there are many seats available. The credit with Justfly can only be used to the same destination for the same two people and at this it's frankly worthless as tehy cant rebook the flight without a huge uncharge. The call center (clearly abraod) has a script they read as the service is bluntly unable to logically explain why I can't get a new flight booked. When asked to speak to a manager, I'm told I'll hear the same thing and get put on a hold .. after 30 minutes of hold I gave up..

Today I tried again and eventually got a supervisor named Rina. After 1hour and 35 mnutes was told he found a flight and the difference in the new ticket and the price I paid is $5,500.00 ! I could hard believe what I was hearing. (When I went to the airline at full price the same ticket is $2,300.00.) I then agreed to book me a flight for any date in the future for the same price I paid - thinking at this stage I just want to use the credit they wont refund. He agreed and put me on hold and after being on the phone for 2 hours and 15 minutes the phone changed to their automated phone survey ..

This company abuses its position as a supposed cheap ticket dispenser. If anything goes wrong and you have to cancel they will charge you horrific prices and not reimburse you the cost of any special seating you have paid for

On a ticket of 1400.00 i was reimbursed 660.00 once all penalties etc were deducted.

It simp,y is not worth it.

I completely disagree with you as I think it demonstrates perfectly how cr@p third party ticket flogging sites are.
