Solitaire holidays

Got bk from hotel bronze in turkey last wk with solitair holidays. was not the best holiday i ever had. the hotel was very basic, exceptionally clean and food was ok. however i was how the solitair rep dealt with certain situations. ages of woman who where cuming in where gaving to one of the other guests who then misused the information and implied lists had been made up as regards who would be matched up with who! the whole thing was in very poor taste and caused alot of upset. the people involved who had their ages disclosed who understandabley very upset. solitair have alot to teach their reps about protecting clients confidentiality. i would use solitair again

It sounds like you should have done your research on Solitair before making the booking and the trip. There are a wealth of previous posts on them already on TripAdvisor - here's the link to cut/paste:

That's a shame faith, but interesting to know. I felt that might be the set up from the brochure. It has happened (not this badly) on an Egyptian hotel stay with another singles company and was told that it happens a lot in places like the Turkish resorts.

Not everyone joined in this pairing on Egypt one and I had a great time, I went off during the day and met for drinks at night. The women seemed to get protective of the man they had nabbed and it could have spoiled the group fun. The men just looked fed up! But not as bad as yours.

I have been on tours and such and that is a lot better if that's any help. I am booking my next trip independently as I found they didn't seem to want to mix with the couples on board the boat. Now that I thought was weird.

That sounds like a rough deal. Use the TA and other travel forum research as much as you can for researching any future tour/trip operator/providers and better luck with your next holiday booking.

JulesW - What you are doing is "spamming" the board. You cannot just pull up old posts and add your criticism to all of them. I will leave your post as is.
