Assuming you mean a site to find train times in the Republic of Ireland, there is only 1 - Iarnrod Eirannn or Irish Rail at http://www.irishrail.ie

What made you think that the likes of Lumo would be running trains in Ireland?

And if it's Northern Ireland go to https://www.translink.co.uk/ which also includes buses to places where trains don't run.

There are no private train operators in either part of Ireland.

Things are a lot simpler on the island than in the UK. I don't think Translink was ever privatised unlike the operators in England, Scotland and Wales.
