train from basel to paris

how can i buy train ticket from basel to paris? i only look at raileurope.com.

we will travel on 27th jan 2014, about 8 a.m depart from interlaken to basel, so it seems that the best tgv for us is around 1100 - 1300 so that it is not dark when we arrive in paris.

then how can we print the ticket at home?

Do not buy from Rail Europe !

Go to http://en.voyages-sncf.com/en/, specify ticket collection country as 'Antarctic'

You print the pdf file after booking , simple

Yes, it is more expensive to buy from RailEurope, which is a ticket agency charging you for the privilege of booking your tickets. I don't know the specifics of what this particular ticket should cost, and what RailEurope is asking, but there have been reports here of RailEurope massively overcharging, in addition to offering only the most expensive trains.

If you choose Antarctica you won't be bounced to RailEurope.

Ok, I get it

So we consist of 7 person, from the voyage-sncf website, the max person is 6.

Then when i choose 6 person, the fare is more expensive compare to when i select one person only, why this happen?

Probably because there aren't six tickets left in the cheaper category.

Try buying it in 2 groups (4 + 3), and see what happens.

When you say there are 6 people travelling, it shows the total price for 6 people.

Nick, what OP meant was the price for one (about € 25 when I checked this morning), became about € 34 or 39 when he requested all 6 together

Yes , that's what I'm trying to say, thanks hadiwi

If I choose one to 4 person, the prrice per person is €25

But when i changed it to 5 or 6 person, it become €39 per person

Can I have some explanation here?
