Where To Spend The Night

At the end of April we will be driving from Destin, FL down to Sanibel and would rather not do it in one day. Any ideas on where to stay on the way down that this couple in their 60s can have a couple good drinks, nice dinner and comfortable place to stay?

If you don't get any responses to this, try reposting with a more specific title including the names of your cities. That might catch someone's attention.

Did you have a chance to read the two answers to the same question you posted on the 13th? tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g1-i12567-k5242192 Continue on that thread instead of starting a new one, if you have more questions about that stopover.

Have you thought about Clearwater? While you are there you could visit Winter the dolphin from Dolphin Tail. She is on display at the Marine Aquarium there and there is some nice restaurants and hotels.
