Easy trip to make in three weeks. Louisville to Denver is only 16 hours w/stops (+2 loss hrs timezone) and there is nothing to see. 80MPH (75 posted) through KS/CO. If you have multiple drivers, should consider leaving the night before. There are no trees or hills to make driving difficult. Remember it is still winter in the mountains and check if the mountain passes are open between Yellowstone & Glacier at this time of year. You might have to take the highway from west Yellowstone instead of going through the park.

The cliff city Mesa Verdi NP, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon, Zion NP, Arches NP would be warm and sunny this time of year. These parks are in the desert. Yellowstone & Glacier are more famous.

Remember to stop at Mt Rushmore, Blackhills, Needle Hwy, Jewel Cave w/ Buffaloes on the way.... SD. Its a normal stop on the way to Yellowstone.

The Black Hills just had a huge snowfall! Should be gone by early May, but that's not too long from now.

Yellowstone may be very, very snowy too. It is a better time to go to the Utah parks. Have you already seen them?

I would also suggest you go to the Grand Canyon and Southern Utah instead. It's just too early for the more northern parts of the country, particularly Yellowstone, the Tetons, and - most definitely - Glacier. Areas of Yellowstone are closed into June. Even the North Rim of the Grand Canyon does not open typically until mid-May.

Yellowstone is relatively far north but, if that's what you really want to see, then you could strike up there before heading back south, through Utah. Plan a couple of nights in Jackson Hole, as the road to there from the interstate is likely to be open while the roads through the park and over the passes are more at the mercy of the weather.

Look at doing the Grand Circle of parks- here is the link to info-

Winter type weather very likely in Glacier, Yellowstone and the Tetons.
