Phiota.... best in terms of what? Childrens clubs, family rooms, childrens menu's?

If you can be more specific about what you are looking for, then posters here may be able to answer.

I'd also suggest looking at the reviews on the specific destination forums, as you can also see photo's other travellers have submitted.

Yes, you're missing key details, but even then it's a subjective discussion.

As a 'snapshot', Id say the most modern in terms of style and facilities is Beijing. It's similar in style to what many would expect in a large North American style, almost Las Vegas-ish.

In terms of the established, Id easily say the property at Singapore. The former Swissotel was part of the Raffles Group. This property is very child friendly also. The most popular at present? Probably the Shanghai property. It's a beautiful balance of east meets west.
