How difficult is a 2 D/1 N trekking from Kalaw to Inle?

We are planning to trek from Kalaw to Inle in early Dec. We are not used to walking long distance and wanted to check how difficult it is and whether the terrain is flat or hilly. We are in our fifties and do not want to embarrass ourselves or hold back others. Also we read from forum that blisters can develop. Should we be wearing shoes or sandals? The weather I read can be cold in early Dec. We want to prepare ourselves for something we can do and not too challenging.

Which one is more manageable?

D1 - Lamaing-Pinnwe-Pawke-Konhla-Pattubauk or

Lamiang-Pinnwe-Pawke-Pattubauk-Htitain

D2 - Pattubauk-Kyauksu-Nanyoke or

Htitain-Kyauksu-Nanyoke-Indein

Thanks in advance.

It is hilly but not strenuous, relaxed pace, better off with shoes not sandals, there are several trekking guides in Kalaw, the one I used is called Sam's Family Professional Guiding Services. There are a few good beautiful day walks around Kalaw as well to local villages, again hilly but not too difficult. Distances up to 15km.
