    Does anyone know when construction of new gym/pool/sauna etc will be completed in Villa Concha. Will it be ready June, 2014???

    On Villa Concha's review pages on TA there is a review from a Peter H who stayed in October. He refers to the planned spa/pool works planned for 2014. This is followed by quite a long reply from the manager there, saying that works are planned to take place in the winter. At the end of this reply, the manager asks anyone with questions or concerns to get in touch and gives contact details. That will probably be your best source of information if you haven't followed up that lead already.

    Hello I am staying here end of May and asked Thomas Cook if the new facilities would be ready by then and they said they would be . We booked before knowing about the new facilities so not bothered one way or another. Hope this helps.
