A number of ferries and "flying cats" serve the popular Aegina/Piraeus route. To my knowledge all the ferries dock at Agia Marina, except the "Alexandros" Ferry which goes directly to Souvala. It's way to early to see any actual timetables for September, but you can count on a number of trips each day. You can bookmark this website for boat timetables, and check it again nearer to the time of your trip for schedules:

In mid September I don't think that every vessel dock in Agia Marina - the season is coming close to an end.

Indeed, no ferries dock at Agia Marina at any time of year, the port is too small for them. A small boat does and it is usually running until the 15th of September.
The hydrofoils stopped going to Agia Marina last year but they might start again in Summer 2010, depending on demand.Edited: 05 February 2010, 20:13
