Looks like a new build to me( so not many will have stayed ) from website at the back of Binibeca-Those distances quoted there are a bit optimistic( more like straight line ) than along the roads you must go along on foot.

Haven't stayed there, but agree it looks like a new build in a lovely quiet spot. The heated pool will be welcome in May and I think the views over the countryside to the tower at Torret de Baix are good. The distances might be stretching it a bit but not by too much. There may well be a short-cut footpath, from the end of the turning circle in the cul de sac, across the end of the other cul de sacs, down the hill, that comes out in the little play area across the road from the back of the beach. There might be steps at the bottom if you've got a push chair or walking difficulties to think about. What the brochure doesn't say is that you are at the top of the hill, which is a steady climb from the beach/shop on a hot day. There is an apartment block on the left about half way up that sometimes has a tiny shop/bar open. If you have a car then you're handy for everything. In May all of the flowers should be in bloom so a drive along the country lanes should be quite colourful.

Hope you enjoy it.
