Wilderwil itself is very low - 530m. At that altitude there may, or more likely may not, be snow on the ground. However being in the Berner Oberland snow will be clearly visible on all the mountains around!! And if there is no snow in the village, just take the train up to Wengen (1500m) and there will almost certainly be snow there.

In the past two years, there was snow over Christmas, even at lower altitudes. But looking at the past few decades, it isn't so certain, not even in Wengen, which by the way is more like 1275 m altitude. Murren, on the other side of the Lauterbrunnen valley, would be a better bet. The area is gorgeous, you'll find snow somewhere, and I'm sure you will have a great time.
