Travel from Manggis to Lembongan: Any recommendations?

Hi everyone. My wife and I will be in Bali soon and will be going from Manggis to Lembongan. It seems that the only way to get there by boat is from Sanur. Is this true? Does anyone know of a way to get there from Manggis? Any help is greatly appreciated.

hi

from manggis it is only about an hour drive to sanur.

there may be a boat from padangbai but boats there usually go to gilis lombok and nusa penida. you could charter a boat from there but it wouldn't be cheap. also the dive boats may have nusa lembongan on their dive itinery.

anyway you wouldnt save any time as the journey to lembongan is done in an arc course due to the strong ocean currents. the shortest journey seems to be from sanur.

for what it is worth, i would get the boat from sanur.

there are other ways but they wouldn't be helpful from where you are.

Thank you so much for responding. This is great news. We will be sure to find a driver to take us to Sanur. You have been a great help!
