There is a ferry arriving at Laem Sok at 11.15am and a flight departing Trat at 1.15pm.
Is their a way to buy a ferry/bus combo direct to airport? Or transport at the pier that goes to airport and is reliable and efficient?
The next flight is 6.40pm which means a lot of waiting around.
Plan on staying in Trat at the beginning so no need to overnight again.
As far as I know the only option is a private taxi from Laem Sok directly to Trat Airport. You won't make it in time via Trat (45min + 60min). Check Ian's website for a reliable service:

I have the exact same issue as the OP!
Need to catch the PG 306 from trat to BKK that leaves at 1 PM but the ferry leaves Koh Kood at 10am, so if we count 1 hours boat + 40 minutes to trat, it makes it impossible to catch the plane on time. The boat leaves too late and the plane is at 1pm :(
Is there an alternative?

8 reviews Just replied to your PM Boubouizdacat. Boonsiri Catamaran is the alternative, as you already discovered.
The Boonsiri ferry service leaves Koh Kood at 09.00am and arrives at Laem Sok at 10.00am, 500bt pp.
The Koh Kut Express and Koh Kood Princess leave at 10.00am from Koh Kood and arrive at Laem Sok at 11.15am, 350bt pp.
From Laem Sok, use a private transfer by car (2 persons) or minivan (3+ persons) to Trat Airport for the PG306 in time for the flight. logic suggests getting the earlier Boonsiri boat for peace of mind.
The regular posters on here can all supply the transfers ;)
When we came at Koh Kood at the end of July, all the ferries left the island at 10:00 AM. There was no possibility to leave the island later unless you organise a private boat.
We chose Koh Kood Express. The fare person was 350 bahts. This included the pick up from the hotel to the pier in the island and the transfer to the bus station in the city.
Once arrived at the bus station we took a tuk tuk to the airport. The cost was 400 bahts.
We arrived at the airport before 1:00 PM.
You can get a taxi or tuk tuk from the pier at Trat to the airport directly but it is cheaper if you go first to the city to get one.
