Best Time for Tsomgo, Lachung, Yumthang, Zero Point Sikkim

We are planning to visit Sikkim on 3rd of December, 2013.

Could you please tell me if we can manage to visit Tsomgo, Lachung, Yumthang, Zero Point, Nathula Pass and other popular places of Sikkim at this time?

Normally when the roads for Nathula Pass, Zero Piont closed due to heavy snowfall?

Thanks in advance for your reply and also experience sharing...

The roads become uncertain from early December, specially the North Sikkim will be dicey in winter. Road blockage is very common in these areas in Dec-Feb. If you get stranded in between, it takes long time to clear the road. If the trip cancel due to road blockage, your money will not be refunded.
