Yes direct bus goes from upstairs departures level and it's the 91 service. After collecting your luggage exit through the arrivals hall doors and turn right walk down and take the escalator up to departures (it's just on the corner). You'll see a coffee bar at the top and there go out onto the carpark level and again turnright to find the bus stop a little way down full timetable below. Observe that the bus leaves from Las Palmas City and will take around 20 mins or so to get down to the airport terminal building:-

Journey down takes around 45 mins or so depending on traffic especially going through the town of Arguineguin after leaving the Motorway.

It's about 6.40 euros each way or you can purchase a return (Tarjeta Ida y Vuelta), for 8.40 euros.

Hi, thanks for the info re buses to Puerto Rico - we are going in 4 weeks time. Where can you get the tickets from? On the bus or somewhere in the airport? Also, is there a time limit on when you can use the return ticket? i.e. buy it on arrival day and use it the following week when leaving?

Thanks.

You can pay on the bus or there is a ticket machine next to the bus stop at the airport both give change, we usually just buy a single journey ticket it was 5-45 euro each in February

We are docking in the cruise terminal at Las Palmas. We are planning to go to Aqualand near Playa Del Ingles. Does anyone know if there is a local bus there and if so approx how much?

Hi Mo Na E,price is in post 7 by Viajero ( 5.45 euros each way ) it may go up slightly as the new tax year starts .

The journey time is about 45 mins ,but depends a little on volume of traffic once you get to Arguineguin (agreeing with Mondeos reply in post 1) .Before which the journey is along the AutoPista (motorway) .

Not sure how far ,but if you are correct in it being "70" which would be a little over 43 miles ( exact 43 miles 872.93 yards) so with the buses using the national speed limit 120 km/h ( 60 mph) you can workout the time of 45 mins is about correct .

Hope this helps
