We are looking to book the Venosa Beach for next year. Not 100% where it is as FC lists it under Altimkum and TA lists it at Didim.

Having done a small amount of research I think the 2 are fairly close - just a Dolmus away?

What i really want to know is can you get to Bodrum from Didim or Altinkum easily? It looks like it is a bit of a trek to me?

We particularly woiuld like to visit Bodrum, so i am beginnng to think we may be better off looking for a different resort?

Can anyone help please?

1. Re: Didim/Altinkum

Bodrum is near enough to visit but far enough that you would go for the day rather than popping over for a drink or something to eat. Hour and bit probably. Dont let that put you off Altinkum or Akbuk though. Altinkum has somehing for everybody despite being a little quieter generally than Bodrum and Akbuk is more laid back still. Good bars, restaurants even clubs if that is your thing. Altinkum has good beach, water sports and take a boat trip - truly recommended.
