From the harbour at the end of the main beach various boats do local day trips along the coastline. As regards further afield there is talk of new routes to Greek islands this summer but I won't believe that til I see it.

There is a weekly day trip to Kos that leaves around 9am and returns about 5pm.It takes a little over one hour each way.See below.

I can recommend Taffies Turkish Gullet. In the evening take a leisurely walk along Altinkums sea front. Go straight out of the entrance of Palm Wings to the end of the road and turn left. Taff’s wooden mast Turkish Gulet is usually moored up in the middle of the other trip boats. I found that some of the other boat trips played their dance music far to loud for me or is this just an age thing! So as not to be disappointed I would recommend that you book any trips sooner than later during your holiday. I think that a day trip on his boat to a market was over £10. The market you visit is not as good as the market to be found just out side Altinkum. You can take a dolmus to the Altinkum market. I hope that this helps. Forgot to mention remember to take your swimming gear as you stop of on route to take a swim, diving off the Gulet!!!
