What is the food like on Barefoot - is in included in price?
Barefoot was amazing. The food was good and included in the price however you only had one option for lunch and dinner and no chance of seconds (ie no buffet). Most of the time it was filling enough though. Breakfast was toast/porridge/pancakes/eggs - alternating each day. We took some muesli bars and crackers I'm case we were hungry after water sports..
Feel free to ask any other questions. We stayed there are Coralview in May
Barefoot's reservation page appears to charge 25 Fijian$ per person per lunch as well as add on 2 different kinds of taxes to their daily rate, though they have elsewhere confirmed all 3 meals are included in the daily rate. A previous poster also mentioned having a 5% fee added for paying via credit card. Anyone have info on this? We are booking directly through Barefoot but I'm not getting specific answers as of yet.....if these fees/taxes/meals are all added in, it makes Barefoot's actual daily rate as much as or more than the upscale resorts pricewise...
