How bad is the construction site adjacent to the resort?

Has anybody been to the resort likely? Like in July? Are they still drilling and hammering or just finishing up?

Be warned Bali has no restrictions on noise at night. The construction sites set up lights and work into the night.

We just got back after staying in Tuban for 5 nights and at the Santika Beach Resort, where they are building a new restaurant near the beach, the construction noise went to 10.30pm some nights.

There is also a big construction site down near Waterbom Park and we walked past that at 11.00pm with construction still happening.
