Tropical Depression Four

Hi All

looks like a storm is developing out in the Atlantic at the moment..

Looks to have a chance of hitting the Yucatan Peninsula next week sometime

Too early to tell but with our luck I wouldn't be surprised!

We were in ERC when the hurricane hit last Aug, so I was kind of expecting something to come along :)

Cheers

Jim

Very often weather fronts coming in tracked north of Punta Cana tend to turn North so let us hope that is the case but at the same time I do hope everyone that is effected by the weather front is OK

We have this every year, last year it was the outer edge of a tropical storm that clipped Cancun. This depression is still a bit far out at the moment and these events change daily.

Fly into Cancun on the 5th of August and after 10 years of visiting I don't let these things worry me too much anymore.

I would not worry about this one based upon its current location.

We will be flying out on the 30th of July and likewise it doesn't bother us too much, as we have 2 weeks holiday.

It's a bigger issue for our US friends who tend to have shorter breaks

I wouldn't worry about it. Like others have said, storms like that usually get pulled up along the Atlantic coast and hit us in the north east US.

Even though I hope no one is majorly affected by this I hope it continues it's North turn that it appears to be projecting, we fly out on Friday!
