all you are saying about the Laguna area is correct - for what you are looking for Kamala is much better. Check this out and if you have any question just ask me again - looking through the list myself - I think the Print Hotel might suit your needs very well - nice but not upper luxury and affordable prices. And dead on in the center. 30 seconds walk to the beach or to our dive shop - haha.

Cheers Robert

P.s the remarks from Vinny are spot on

Hey Mark

We stayed at Print Kamala last time (june) its pretty good, staff are very friendly & helpful, we stayed in the garden bugalows, buffet breakfast very nice (fantastic omlettes) pool is nice & a great little pool bar.

Thanks for the advice guys. After some further research we are gearing towards staying in Bang Tao. We have received some quotes from the Best Western Premier in Bang Tao which are reasonable and the location looks great, right on the beach! Have you any feedback on this hotel Robert?

Cheers - hope all is well!!
