Only noticed this now - funnily enough West Kirby with all its walks is NOT dog friendly at all. We live there and have 3 really small dogs and even that seems an issue. You are allowed outside in the beer garden at Ring O'Bells or the Hilltop, the terrace at Hickory's, outside Tanskeys and Scogs. In Hoylake you can use the beer garden of the Green Lodge Hotel. The White Lion are notorious dog haters, even though they are right at the end of the Wirral Way. Just sit outside, you can't take them in anywhere.

The Hilbre Hotel, Banks Road West Kirby allow dogs in the pub and dining area. Also Hardy's Kitchen, 80 Banks Road, WK allow clean well behaved dogs to sit with owners in the sofa area near front of the cafe.
